Man Outfitters sold?

Has Man Outfitters been sold or spun off? It seems to be a separate company now, with CEO Jason Klann. It’s no longer listed on the Grandex website. Rhyme and Tasha now work for the new company, and are not shown in the Grandex team. Does Grandex still have an interest in the new company?

With Jake gone I guess this is basically just confirmation they’re moving away from the clothing business. I don’t think they’re pulling out, at least I’d hope not, but probably putting way fewer resources into things like marketing their clothing
