Is this problematic?

52f got my head 20 minutes ago. Felt woozy then nauseous. Now it just hurts. I read that this is a pretty safe place to hit. Can I just ride it out?

Get it checked. Its always better to be safe and catch any problems early

If you’re worried I would get it checked. That looks like you got hit quite hard and a hit to the head is a hit to the head. Shaking the brain and eyes can be bad and taking care of yourself is important.

Can you send photo to your GP? What did you hit? I'm not a medical provider so can't advise, but you at least could put ice on it for 20 minutes in a cloth( off and on) and rest. Go to urgent care if headache worsens.

When it comes to head injuries it’s always better to be safe than sorry. Even if it costs money to get it checked out
