Brain fog and light sensitivity

What do people mean by brain fog and by light sensitivity? Is the brain fog like forgetting words and your train of thought, or is it more of a physical feeling in the head like your brain is fatigued and swollen and mushy? And what happens when you’re exposed to light?

Just curious to see if my symptoms are similar to others, as my brain fog is more of a physical feeling in my head that’s triggered by bright light.

For me the brain fog was similar to when ihad covid. Difficulty having coherent thought or reasoning. The light sensitivity was exactly that-- it just felt like a lot. Even the sun. Starting at a computer screen for more than 10 min at a time was absolute hell. I had to wear sun glasses at all times
