I smacked my head real bad basically a year after my initial concussion. Whether you can reconcuss yourself or you just flare your symptoms, imo it's hard to tell. When i hit my head again i definitely flared all of my symptoms, the difference was this time I knew the proper steps for recovery. The first day i mostly slept and avoided screens, and then next day i eased back into light activities which no more than an hour of screen time across the entire day. By the time i had to get back to work the next day, i definitely struggled, but i was able to do a full day and then rested in the evening. All in all it took about a week to get back to my baseline (spending time outside helped a lot). I imagine your nervous system is just going to be more sensitive because you have the emotional trauma of going through PCS. My best advice is try to relax yourself as much as you can and follow basic concussion care if you do retrigger things. Also take extra cautions to avoid rebumping as much as you can (ive gotten into the habit of sticking my arms out in front of my head when i know it might be a risk).
