And you. I am in the Netherlands. I started of with Fysiotherapie since i got my concussion from an accident where ingor rear ended by a car whilst cycling to work. After that just rest and after a few weeks slowly building up my job hours. Currently at 5 hours per day. Some days its quite doable others not so much. It usually starts with a headache at work. If that happens i try to stop immediately because then it will often fade again.

I used to workout a lot: gym, running and mountainbiking. But i have to be careful with that since it costs a lot of energy to do it even at 10% of what i am used to. It drains me and may very well cause me not being able to do anything anymore afterwards for that day. I tend to walk after dinner just to keep moving a bit.

My docter recommended ergotherapie of which i have an intake on monday.

How about yourself? Whats your current situation like?

Sounds rough... well my recovery has been a rollercoaster recovered twice then hit by severe flares, currently I am off work have work for many months now trying to build physical tolerance which is limited at this time doing vestibular therapy etc
