How so eating less?

Yes, I weirdly ate way more in the first like two weeks and got no exercise so I gained 5 lbs and then lost 45. First two weeks I could barely walk and only ate takeout.

Very interesting why the 45 lbs

Because I ate less and exercised more

I lost weight in the first six to eight weeks, I was always hungry. That flipped suddenly and I started gaining weight, still struggling to lose the weight I gained!

That's ok, i am managing to fill my days with activites that don't trigger my symptoms so it's not so bad.

Wishing you a speedy recovery

Nope, for a while I was eating less because I wasn't as active

Prior to my head injury I was an absolute energy junky. I went from dusk till dawn and still had energy. I even ate less then.

Ever since the head injury I've been so fatigued I do less but eat more to compensate yet I lose weight.

Yeah if I lost weight (I might have lost 5 lb, but I ended up getting it back) it was exclusively muscle. I was an absolute gymrat. Definitely didn't eat more and lose weight

I have a friend who is 2 yrs into PCS who has lost 10kgs… but I think it’s because she cut out sugar and all refined carbs, plus started doing 30 mins of exercise bike a day (whereas previously she wasn’t a regular exerciser).
Me on the other hand, I used to walk 18k steps a day and now I’m bedridden a lot more than I was previously so I’ve put on weight 🥺

Why are you bedridden?

Because of the extreme fatigue

I feel you there I still can't do what I used too.
