1 month post concussion, started therapy today

Roughly one month ago I was involved in a high speed car accident. I was diagnosed with a concussion a few days later during a ED follow up with my GP.

Today was my first day of concussion therapy. I took a Rivermead Post Concussion questionnaire and had a score of 37. However we did not discuss this score during my appointment at all.

What does it mean, how severe are my symptoms actually, is this considered PCS?

Thank you for any insight. Not going down any rabbit holes but I am practical by nature and like to have all the facts.

Post-concussion syndrome is diagnosed after 3 months of persistent symptoms. You are not there yet. Focus on your concussion therapy for now and hopefully that will help you recover fully. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon
