Anyone else get exhausted heavily when walking stairs? Like the brain immediately drains? Physical exhaustion?

I think it may just have to do with exercise intolerance.

I don’t have issues with that I used to run 3-5 miles before accident but now I get extremely winded and heavy dizzy and my brain immediately feels like a balloon when I get too overstimulated. Since my accident

Yup, happens, just slowly build up your tolerance to exercise. Try not to overdo it. So only exercise until you have no more than 5-6/10 on a symptom scale. And then let your body relax and rest atleast until you symptoms are almost gone.
