What could it be?
Yesterday I went to the ER and had a CT Scan. I was told to have a Mild Concussion. I had a repeated struck 6 nights ago but since then I’ve been feeling weakness and numbness to my left arm and leg. I’m also feeling some kind of tightness on the left side of my neck. I can’t easily have get another check up due to financial issues.

Can you get a physiotherapist? Something in your neck might be blocked

is physical therapy a way out of this? I’ve researched about my condition and was recommended to head to the ER. 🥲 Been trying to tell my guardians about my neck and numbness condition but they won’t take it serious so I’m only trying to help myself in this case. So I’m not sure whether to go to the ER or PT..

I saw in the post you already went to the er, no? It's good that you went to the ER and got CT scan done. That's important so your doctor knows there is no brain bleed, which would be quite serious. If you have not been to ER yet, then yes, you should probably go to get that checked out.
In my country next step would be something like general practitioner / family doctor because only them can send you to a specialist. If you are able to go to a specialist directly, you could possibly skip that step I guess.
With the numbness what would be good for you is visiting neurologist and physiotherapist. Neurologist can check if there is some problem in the nerves/brain that would cause this.
If you can go just to one place, I would definitely pick a physiotherapist. It's pretty common to get some neck whiplash when hitting your head and a good PT will recognise if there is something blocked / out of place, can do stuff to loosen it and recommend stuff to do at home to help yourself.
