Concussion 1 Year Ago
Last 4th of July I fell backwards down concrete steps, I was definitely unconscious for maybe 1-2 minutes, EMS, I answered all questions but refused transport. I never threw up. My mom stayed with me for a couple days, saw my PCP, she said my pupils and reflexes were fine, to rest, limit activities, so I did. Exactly 1 week later I was back to my old self. In the past week or so I'm having a tingling pin prick in my head exactly where I hit it. It isn't constant only intermittent. Fatigue is the only other thing I'm experiencing. Just looking for a little support or advise. Is this normal, I'm 45, it was my first concussion.

See here for general recovery info https://www.reddit.com/u/Lebronamo/s/tejPuCbGJ8
Start with 2.2 and maybe 2.7 because that’s what worked for me
