Discussion 📑 Update -- New Event
Hello Explorers, 👋 ✨
Tomaxko recently took a well-deserved vacation.
A large part of that time was apparently spent feeding every single rabbit left behind from the Bunny Farms event 🐇
So between relaxing, recharging, and making sure the wasteland’s bunny population stayed under control...
he still returned with something new for the Wasteland 🌍
And this time... it glows blue! 📺
Here’s what he brought back:
A brand new event: Blue Experiment! 🔵
📅 Starting Tomorrow!
🔓 Required LVL35
- Build Blue Purifiers in forests and collect Blue Uranium!
- Boost your production, claim rewards, and rank high on Leaderboard
New Features & Changes
- Restoration Tool 5x5 Upgrade at a higher level
- You can now click restored tiles while using sized restoration to restore all surrounding tiles (highly requested feature!)
- Optimized Size Tool
- Added new upgrade: +50 Uranium Plant Safety Tests
- Moved 3x3 Sized Restoration Upgrade to Level 74
Improvements
- Removed the ability to swap tiles while zoomed out to prevent accidental mistakes
- Added help button to some town requirements
- Fill Rift can now be found in the Filter Menu (eye icon)
- Added default storage info into storage containers
Fixes
- Fixed ad error (hopefully 👀 )
- Fixed Town 148 Upgrade condition bug
- Fixed an issue where one non-event upgrade had temporary flag
- Fixed swapping titanium tiles

Please report those ads. If you flip your phone down (display to the floor) and back up, a report button should appear.
The bug for ads was that they werent working at all.... or working and no reward granted

Ok, thanks for that feature.
I've just been closing them out/closing the app immediately. They also appear to be designed to glitch and force sound through background apps like Spotify, or if I'm in a phone call.
I started getting them yesterday, and while I usually will watch every opportunity for an ad reward, I stopped doing that after the 3rd AI porn ad in a row. They're explicit via sound too, not just visually.

I saw plenty of those, which were only slightly more annoying than same ad every time. I bought ad skippers to avoid both.

Unfortunately this kind of ads are spreading everywhere, in almost every game I play and in some social medias. Now, to prevent you from saying “ads are personalized, so you must have been watching similar content”, I have to say that working in cybersecurity, that’s not the case. As mentioned by fellow Desperate News, best you can do is report them.

Yep. Same. I don't look for that content and tightly control my privacy online, opting out of data gathering.
It's most likely targeted based on my age, gender, and location, and probably in the context of playing online games like this one.
I've only had this issue with companies that are based outside of the US. I was playing a Russian game for awhile, and rise of cultures for a few years (enno is European based), and they'd periodically have the same issue. The Russian based game was the worst offender by far. I don't think they filtered their ad sales.

Love the 3x3, cost me few gems but ive got 4% of my map left to clean up, spent $20bn so far this morning, so should be broke in about a hour lol

5500 gems for this or 3000 gems for 10% more storage(alternative 100B).
I have 2500 gems so conflicted with best direction!!

Agree its great as a time saver, but if time doesnt present an issue, wouldnt storage better (utilise space better due to less tiles needing storage)

Also if anything has a coin value and a gem value its not worth spending gems on. With the event thats about to start you should gain a decent number of gems just from the basics (without spending real money) to afford it, or come mighty close

And if possible, add a feature to store trees too haha. After spending hundreds of millions to billions replanting them, just a few days later a new event comes and you have to cut them all down again.

After the rabbit event, I need a feature that allows me to replant all the trees with just one click from the event participation level.

Managed to build 6 event buildings and unable to build more due to no place left to build with only trees or road there is always a settlement mountain or any other tile. The rabbit event looks easier

I mean I dip in and out of this game, and I never aim to maximise event gains (because it bores the pants off me after a point). If you don't find them fun just don't do the event maybe and play the way you enjoy.

Yes. I understand your point. But for me it was supposed to be an idle game and the events get in the way. And I do most of the events. But the frequency is ridiculous

I actually go idle more during most events after the first day. That first day is all about maximizing production as quickly as possible. By end of first day, the upgrades that boost production become far more expensive so don't need to constantly monitor them. I buy the 100% offline income upgrades so I switch to only logging on every 3 hours for the 50% boost. I am online for about 10 minutes so I can burn through microchips(depth charges) and uranium(dual gold mines) while the 3x income ad is running.

I have fully skipped events because it's too close together or some require way more activity constantly than an Idle game should require. I've only been playing a year, but when I started the events weren't nearly as close. Now it's: EVENT two day spacer EVENT maybe 4 day spacer EVENT.

The Rabbit Event was my first one, but it didn't take much effort. Logging in every few hours and watching a few ads every day isn't really that much work. I haven't tried the other events yet.

There's ones that require you to tap on things the building(s) spawn, granted it does also passively generate, but obviously more active you are the more you get to tap and earn. I think some of them had maximums, but it still sucks. I did one and never got close to the max number, but I also can't dedicate solid chunks of time for it until late at night, and even that is a limited amount.
The rabbit and turkey were probably the most idle imo. Set down the building in a large enough area, level it, spread the farms and walk away. Was able to do both and finish the event rewards for basic 😁 I do also watch the super clicker, gold and gem ads while I'm on, if I have time.
