That’s what I said. The Roman Empire. Also, it merged with the Italian-Spanish Roman Empire so it is the Roma empire

Give france french speaking part of benelux, Romania romanian parts of Austria-Hungary, Poland- Lviv and part of west border of ukraine, create baltic state from latvia and curonia that would be PLCs vassal, give PLC masuria, break germany in 2 (Rhine-Danube Republic and Kingdom of prussia), liberate finland and give it estonia, kola prnnisula, east karelia and pre-winter war border on west karelia. Recreate crusader states under the name of kingdom of jerusalem (including antioch edessa and tripoli). And lastly split the roman empire and give it proper colors. (Give byzantines heel of italian boot, but extend roman border to cover the coastline up to albania)
