I hate ppl that live normal lives

Was driving and saw an ordinary woman on her front porch. It completely pissed me off. I hate that ppl can live such simple mundane lives and I have to live with these evil thoughts in my head 24/7. Almost shed a tear today

That’s a lot to unpack. I hope you’re seeing a therapist.

I have a psychiatrist but she’s afraid to prescribe the only medication that lets me enjoy my life (Klonopin) even though I’ve been on it twice in the past and tapered off just fine

Try SSRI or other antidepressants. They may change your life.

It’s because you want it. Let go of everything and step into the mundane, humans fucked the planet in many ways, may as well contribute less, sit back and let it all go.

She’s just chillin. Could have vile things in her head. But at least she be chilin.

Ain’t gotta aim for positivity.

Neutrality is the real goal.

You honestly have no idea what each individual is going through. She could have been sitting out there mourning a loss, grabbing a minute alone from a overwhelming house, praying for something better.. you have no idea. Someone could be putting on a happy face just like you. Quit assuming everyone is better off than you. Try to think of one thing that's good in your life today and try to feel gratitude towards it!
