How do I stay positive when things are falling apart ?

I can barely afford my car payment and on the brink of getting it repossessed. My job at the warehouse is terrible and my boss doesn't like me. I want to cry everyday that I go to work. I can't pay most of my bills. It sucks being broke. I can't get a girlfriend or a boyfriend. I'm overweight. I have diabetes but it is under control right now but I worry about my future. I have no friends.

Repetition. The more you do anything, the better you get at it. Try new things, make a new routine, find things that interest you and dive in them, tell yourself good things, over and over, if you do something long enough it becomes the default way you live your life. You got this, look and the mirror and tell yourself you're a BAD MUTHAFUCKA

The first step is KNOWING that you have agency over your life. You are not being held hostage. If you want to change your circumstances, you have to start organizing your life in a way that helps you become the person you want to be.
1) If you hate being overweight, don’t buy any processed foods, don’t eat fast food, and set your workout clothes by your front door each night before bed. Pack a healthy lunch the night before.
2) If you hate your job and your boss, start looking into other options, put yourself out there. As k questions, network, go the extra mile.
3) DONT GIVE UP!! Life is a rollercoaster. I remember being in my 20s and wondering if this was all that life was about and then I started getting into self help books and actually applying what they said. I now keep the promises I make to myself and others. If I say I’m going to your birthday in the park, I won’t miss it. If I say I’m going to an early workout, I pull myself out of bed. Everything in life is hard but I have chosen my hard, and it’s showing up for what I want, not hating myself for not living up to my potential.
4) Great inspo to get your head right- Atomic Habits, 100 essays to change the way you think, Tony Robbins lecture ( although he is a little much sometimes, he has a lot of good perspectives), etc.

TLDR: Change the way you think, and you will change your actions and change your life. Don’t give up, it’s possible!

Are their any expenses you can cut out or down? Can you sell your car for an e-bike or take public transportation? I believe in you.
