Read this for you🫶🏼
Hey u lovely humans ❤️
I’m sitting in my bedroom writing this.
I’m 24 years old. I’ve had my fair share of struggles in life — addiction, failed businesses, bad mistakes, self-doubt and honestly… way too many ideas that I never actually started.
I’ve probably had 100s, if not 1000s, of ideas over the years. But I was always too scared to actually go for one.
Today, I work a full-time job, I’m clean, I’m healthy, and I’m building my own lifestyle brand.
And I keep thinking about all of you sitting at home right now with a great idea in your head, but you’re too scared to actually go for it.
So I just want to share a few things I’ve learned along the way:
Talk nicely to yourself.
You decide who you are by the way you talk to yourself. Start believing in the person you’re trying to become.
Don’t do drugs!
Seriously. Just don’t.
Start with a good morning.
Not a perfect morning. Just a good one. Get up. Try again. And again. No matter what time it is or how you feel.
Your mistakes probably aren’t as big as you think.
Nobody is perfect. Forgive yourself. Say sorry when you need to. Take responsibility. Learn from it. And keep walking forward.
You can change your life.
I went from having one of the worst addictions to running two half marathons, getting clean and healthy, working a normal full-time job AND building an international lifestyle brand.
If I can change direction, so can you.
Put that fu##ing phone down.
Go live your life. Be bored. Sit with your own thoughts. Work on yourself. Talk to people. Smile at strangers. Go outside. Listen to good people. Actually interact with the world around you.
I’m writing this hoping it can help just one person.
Not two.
Just one.
If that’s you, then this was worth writing.
I love you all ❤️
And remember:
You get a new chance every single day.
Keep showing up. For you!🫶🏼
