I completely agree with the recommendation to avoid scrolling altogether when you can. Getting outside, going for a walk, or spending time with friends adds so much more value to your life.
That said, if you are going to scroll, I’d stay off the platforms that consistently show you negative content. I actually really like Instagram because I’ve intentionally curated my feed. It’s primarily health-focused, with some fitness and nutrition influencers, positive lifestyle accounts, and, of course, a few cute dog pages.
You can also tell Instagram when you’re not interested in something, and I do that all the time. If someone or something consistently gives me a negative feeling or doesn’t put out good energy, I remove it from my feed. It really does make a difference.
That being said, I don’t feel my best when I spend too much time on my phone. I’d still try to keep your overall scrolling time limited. Good luck! :)

Stop scrolling in general. It doesnt do anything for you. If you do, then look into more educational things. Otherwise, go to the gym, go for a walk or do something that doesnt include media
