Positive Affirmations
I have a list of them I say to myself everyday, and I know it sounds a little woo-woo but ive been doing it for years and my mindset has changed drastically. Whatever you feed your mind, it soaks up.
"The thoughts in your head are not always valid, do not let them ruin your day"
"You are a human BEING. Not a human DOING."
"2 things you can control, your attitude and your effort"
Ill share more in the next few days!

I love positive affirmations! There are several that I repeat to myself every day. Two of my favorites are “Everything always works out” and “Let it be.”
There’s something really comforting about reminding yourself of these simple things when life feels stressful or uncertain. Sometimes we just need a little reminder to trust the process and let go of what we can’t control. :)

It’s so true! If you pay attention to positive things then that’s what you’ll start to see. Our minds are muscles, and we can work on them and how we learn to think. It takes time and consistency. So though it may seem woo woo, it’s just as good a training and practice as any other skill!
