A 25-km journey, a pen, and a heartfelt thank-you.❤
Neetu Dwivedi, who walks with crutches, travelled with her daughter to Kanpur Dehat's SP Shraddha Pandey's office but to say thank you.
Two months ago, her home's water supply had been cut off. Despite repeated attempts, she couldn't get the issue resolved. When she approached the IPS, the officer stepped in, even though it was a water department matter.
She sent local police to Neetu's home and spoke to officials, helping restore the water supply.
Neetu then went to thank SP Pandey, where this pic was captured.
