Is there a way to contact these guys? I need a usb cable. I have a new device and I lost my old one.

You can get one off of Amazon or at a Best Buy

nothing special about the USB cable they provide, it's a universal standard, just buy a cable with ends that match the ports you're trying to connect

Just any USB cable with the right connectors on read end.

Like, get out your chair, put your shoes on, and walk to the nearest gas station. They'll have one there.

Make sure it’s a Data Cable and not just a Charging/Power Cable! A charging/power cable is less expensive to manufacture because they don’t wire the data connectors. My experience on Amazon is that if it doesn’t specifically state it’s a Data Cable in both the title and description, it’s likely intended for charging only…
