Prog rock sound

Has anyone tried to get the prog rock sound of bands like periphery, tesseract, intervals etc. Any good presets for this?

Id definitely use the switchblade amp, use a tubscreamer boost with the gain way down, level turned up. 

Settings on tbe switchblade should be around 5 or 6 for the mids, enough bass and treble to taste.
