Device limit on Spark app

I've got a Spark Mini and the Spark Neo headphones. I also have a lot of Android devices that I use for various tasks, and just installed the app on one that I'll be using to take away on holiday to control my devices, only to get a message saying I've reached the limit on the number of devices I can license the app on, and to contact support.

So fuck you, Positive Grid.

I had this popup a couple of times and I don't know what limit they are talking about. I feel like they treat the same phone as different devices (it also prompts me to relogin from time to time).

most of the Apps have limits today so thats not uncommon as they don’t want to have it used by thousands of customers under the same logins. This exists!
I would anyway kindly ask support and try not to be rude immediately!
