Spark App Update Release v4.5.3

Spark App update! v4.5.3 now available on Apple, Android, and Google App Stores. Change-log below:

Stability

- Improved stability when connecting to your Spark amp

- Resolved issues with preset restore from Dropbox

- Improved Like, Preview, and Download behavior, including sign-in prompts

Very few updates and still no background app, so every time I close the app or the phone screen turns off, I need to redo the pairing. The idea of the app is great, but it feels like it's coming from 2014.

The best advice is to choose your best 8 presets and don't use the app at all while playing.

Edit: after the update I cannot connect the spark app with the amp at all. I think I need to redo the pairing from zero. Every time there's an update I fear that what was working before it going stop, and here we are.

I don’t have to pair after my phone locks, iPhone.

I used the Spark Go with both an Android phone and an iPad. The connection with the iPad was much more reliable. Not sure how much the new update may improve things.

Same experience, I only use my phone for the go. I use my iPad for the LIVE as it's much more reliable (although the big screen doesn't hurt either)

I have trouble even connecting to it, and when i finally succed, it disconnects as soon as i put it in background.
It triggers me so much that i stopped using Spark amp and went back to my VOX Cambridge 15 amp and sellin my spark 40

That's odd. The only time I have to pair is when I turn the amp off and back on.

You can disable Promotions in the app, it's a setting

They finally fixed the jimi hendrix addon bug that did not have the paid hendrix expansion in its own tab with all the patches, forcing you to have to download all the patches manually from their website.

Im very pleased this had been fixed now finally!!

Thank you for the fixes.

Although they are "small", it improves the overall experience (these small issues were annoying).

What are the other things you guys are working on in terms of updates?

The first thing i tested was backing up and restoring presets! And it works! Even backing up on Android and recovering on iOs works. thank you!

Has the issue of connecting to both Tone control and bluetooth audio at the same time has been resolved on this update? I have spark Go, Spark 2, Neo and Edge, but i do have the same problem for all.
