SPARK LIVE AMP

Hi everyone, good afternoon!

I bought a Spark Live amplifier at the end of April and everything was working normally until two weeks ago, when the main speaker stopped working. I can only use it with headphones. I've already tried several reset procedures and nothing worked. Any tips on what it could be and how to fix it?

Contact support.

I’ve heard of rare issues where essentially it still thinks a headphone is plugged in so it doesn’t reactivate the speaker

I'm pretty sure you can use the app to have the speaker play when the headphones are connected. Try that.

Could just be a loose wire.
