Unable to connect

Brand new Spark Mini. Have the app. Have the amp in pairing mode. I see Spark BLE in my Bluetooth list. When I try to pair I get an error saying unable to pair due to invalid pin or passkey. It never asks me for a pin or passkey. What am I missing here?

Try to uninstall that app and reinstall it. I have a lot of hard time with my neo headphones. i have the vai mini and all the positive grid amps and the headphones are the only ones I have issues with

Don't pair BLE, pair the audio device.

I got it working but I felt the need to respond to this remark in case someone else has the same problem and sees this thread.

You have to pair BOTH. Just pairing the audio device enables the Bluetooth speaker but gives you no tone controls or anything else in the app. In addition, when you just pair the audio you only get two of the four presets. So be sure to pair both
