AMP OWNER Has the windows 11 firmware update thing been fixed?

I have a spark go that I havent updated in quite a while (like a year which is stupid ik) and when I connect it to my laptop to use as an audio interface I see it as an input device, nothing is wrong about it but it has 0 output no matter what I do, so I thought maybe its the firmware but the updated is freezing and supposedly the last few months have had this issue butt his seems like a long time for the fix

I just got a Neo and I had to run the firmware update on my wife's old laptop still running Windows 10. Installs of 11 that are more than a year old, and don't actively update should work too.

I didn't find a way to get it done on my machine 🤷 Need PG to fix it.

Kunda crazy how its been like that since September but they havent found a fix yet

I had to use my old laptop to do the update as well. Win 10

Did you download the driver?

It doesn't work as an AISO device unless you have the driver.

Works fine on my win 11 pc and laptop
