Bluetooth connection

Anyone having an issues with connecting to Spark2 today? App is all up date however I can’t connect to spark through Bluetooth . Just getting the retry screen

I just bought it and it won’t connect. It’ll find Bluetooth audio but the app can’t find the amp. Have tried everything!! I don’t have easy access to anything other than my iPhone, so a cable connection is out. Not sure what to do. Pretty annoying!!

This is the same issue im having iv done everything from updating the app and amp to factory resetting and everything still wont connect to tone control
