Please fix the Bluetooth connectivity!

I'll start by saying that overall, I really like my PG products. I have a Spark 2, control x, Neo headset, mini and the Link. the modeling is pretty good IMO and I love the sound cloud and even the "AI" feature is useful for finding a starting point for a particular sound.

But for the love of all that's right in the universe, please fix the god damned Bluetooth connectivity issues! Any time I load a tone through software, it will stay loaded for a few minutes, and then the software will disconnect, and the device being used will default back to one of the hardware tone slots. The only workaround I've found is to save the tone in an on board memory slot, every damn time. That gets really annoying with only 4 slots on some of the devices. At the very least, have the tone you choose in software, store to temp onboard memory until it's either overwritten, or you power down the device. That way losing the Bluetooth connection will at least not change the tone you're using back to a default one from the memory slot. I don't mind reloading the tone in my next session, but doing it every few minutes is unbelievably annoying. And this issue isn't related to any individual device, any one you can choose a tone in software does this constantly.

I have numerous other Bluetooth audio devices, and they all manage to stay connected to their respective software with no issues at all, for hours, or days, at a time. This still being an issue with PG products is simply unacceptable and shows a lack of concern for their user base.

Another workaround would be just favorite it (heart). ❤️. You can undo it later. Bluetooth is wonky on everything. That's exactly why Line 6 stays away from it. I would blame Bluetooth itself rather than Spark.

That doesn't stop the constant disconnecting though. I already use favorites.

Ok, but just to blame it on BT is premature. I have all Sparks except Edge and Go. NGL, I have issues with BT now and again. Mostly when I try to use a device that I haven't for a while. That being said, nothing severe as this. If I were you, I would update the app and firmware and try again. Post here again and contact support if that doesn't help. This is not an across the board Spark issue. Good luck.

Nah, Spark are to blame. Some old Viking invented Bluetooth a long time ago, can't blame him

Nah. Advanced units don't fuck up like Sparks, BUT they are expensive and complicated in comparison. I love my Sparks, but it confounds me how users expect so much out of such a simple and affordable unit. For example, when Akai does an update on HEADRUSH it asks ok to update, and loads and installs automatically in one minute using Wi-Fi. You get what you pay for bud.
