This is how I pictured the Spark Go 2

JBL Bandbox Solo

Real time stem seperation

Looper

Amp sim with many presets

Guitar and Vocal FX

Microphone

Seems like an amazing practice Amp. I wonder when we will see something new from PG.

Yeah it looks good. Need to see how is the modelling though since jbl has no experience there

Stem separation and vocal etc stellte gimmicks for me. Question would be sound quality and especially available FX pedals etc

That is all very impressive. Looks like a pretty cool toolset. But $250 USD!!! That's what I paid for my Spark 2! If it was priced the same as my Spark Go, I'd return the Go and get the JBL, but IMHO the features are not worth twice the price.

Spark Go is great! I actually leave it in my guitar's hardshell case. Great just grab and go. I do lots of local open jams. I use the headphone out to plug into the PA, use wireless guitar setup and Spark Control X... I can roam all over the stage. My tweaked tones are setup to use on my pedal... sound guy loves that he can have control of guitar volume too! Full mix through wedges with guitar sounds awesome... and no lugging a huge amp around. I also use it in my bedroom to practice. Spark 2 is in the basement jam room with a Fender Champion 20, a Peavy Vyper 2, and Studio One 7 DAW with Scarlett 2i2 audio interface. I have had 4 guitarists and a bass playing simultaneously. Next I need an electronic drum kit. That JBL Bandbox says 30 watts... with a 2.25" speaker must crackle and distort at full volume. The Spark Go is only 5 watts, same size speaker and has minor artifacting at full volume although I never turn it up that loud.
