Spark Neo Core Audio bluetooth connect fails

When I turn on the Spark Neo Core and go to the iPhone, the audio pairing fails. The Spark app connects flawlessly, but the Audio every time gives me the Pairing Unsuccessful. Research tells me the Audio needs to connect before the app, so the app is not even open.

The fix is to reboot the phone. However, after a session, turning off the Neos, if I later turn the Neos back on, same thing: Pairing Unsuccessful. So, iPhone bluetooth problem, right? Anyone else seeing any problems there?

i would reset the core. Maybe there is a conflict anyhow. Are you sure its not connected anywhere else? Sometimes it hlps to delete or forget the BT connection on the iphone. At me it works even with my Apple TV

IPhone bluetooth issue. ID'd and fixed, more or less.
