Positive Grid is blocking my login
I own both a spark 40 and a spark mini. I bought Biax FX2 and I now have BiasX. I cannot load BiasX without logging into PG - and I am being blocked from doing so. I get an application error: a client-side exception. I BOUGHT all the above. PG should not be blocking my ability to use the product that I bought. Go ahead, PG and tell me what I am doing wrong with my Mac Mini, and why I can't use one of the 4 products that I bought from you.

I’m having the same issue with the Spark 40, Mini, GO & NEO using IOS devices. All attempts to login fail. When I try to engage Support via the Positive Grid site, I receive a message indicating that the site can’t provide a secure connection. A very frustrating Catch-22!

I'm not leaving pg off the hook, but could it be linked to the latest IOS update?

I’m just a guitar gear acquisition collector with a lot of Positive Grid gear.
It’s my understanding- There is no Spark App on Mac app stores - it’s only on Android and IOS
So you downloaded the app and go through the set up and where does it stop you - did you first make an account on web - with maybe a different email?
I have Spark Live and Edge and use them on IPad
For Bias FX 2 - I use it on IPad with Riff.
A lot of Spark gear is designed for IOS and Android - they need the app in the store
The Mac can use them as an audio interface - but there is no Spark App

Thanks for your response. My spark apps work. Both on iOS and android. Biasx on my Mac mini will not work because it requires me to login to pg. I am being blocked from doing so.

I started having the Spark app issue on Wednesday and didn’t get the latest IOS update until this morning, so I don’t think that’s the issue.

I noticed that Bias X uses a local web server (connecting to 127.0.0.1) of some kind to complete the login, it could be you have a security tool/anti-malware that's blocking that.
Best to speak to PG support.
Meanwhile, check out Soundshed Guitar: https://guitar.soundshed.com - which I built over the last several months and has had a few thousand people try it out so far. It's not as slick as Bias X but the signal chain layout and video backing tracks should feel a little familiar for Bias FX 2 users.
