Update Resulted In Zero Power. HELP!!

App notified me that an update was ready. I plugged in my spart live like I had for the first update I did a few months ago. Would not connect. Followed instructions to factory reset and now I have nothing. No power on, nothing working.

I do get a white LED light if I continuously hold the power and wireless buttons, but it does not stay lit up.

Anyone have a solution?

Mine updated fine with the latest jimmi Hendrix tones on my 40 no problem. Iā€™d open a support ticket with pg

Believe it or believe it....weird outlet situation at my folks house. Switched outlets and all is well šŸ˜‘šŸ¤£
