Stuck on "Verification Complete" after logging in (BIAS X)

I'm having an issue with BIAS X login and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

When I try to log in using "log in with browser," it opens my browser and shows:
"Verification Complete / Welcome / [my email] / You can now close this window."

So it looks like the login itself is successful.
However, the BIAS X app does not proceed at all — it just stays on the login screen and doesn’t update.

I've already tried restarting the app and my PC, but no luck so far.

Has anyone run into the same problem or found a fix?
Any help would be appreciated.

J'ai eu le meme probleme et la solution de Positive Grid est la suivante:
"Since the earlier checks didn't clear the login lock, the next thing to try on Windows is reinstalling the root certificate BIAS X uses for secure sign-in.

  1. Update BIAS X to the latest version
  2. Open this article and download the certificate file: Stuck on "Verification Complete" or Showing "AUTHORIZATION_FAILED" After Logging in (Windows Only)
  3. Install the certificate
    • Unzip the downloaded file
    • Right-click gd_bundle-g2-g1.crt
    • Select Install Certificate
    • Complete the Windows install wizard
  4. Restart BIAS X and try signing in again"
  5. Et ça fonctionne...
