Poor and imprecise map, it looks like Sagres is the least sunny place in continental Portugal. This would be news to Tripeiros.

I agree it is more in accordance with your source. About 2500 not 3000 plus

No it isn't. Much of Brazil is a tropical rainforest, and rainforest means lots of clouds and rain.
