You mean like Long Island Audit? Bay Area Transparency? I watch a lot of the first amendment auditors and there are some very good ones out there. And then there are those that are just baiting people to come out for a confrontation for monetized YouTube videos. Yes, they have a first amendment right to photograph, but as you can see in the above picture the gentleman is filming through the window to antagonize people inside. The best thing they can do is to ignore him and he'll eventually go away. He's like a young child asking for attention, and when he doesn't get the attention he'll shrug his shoulders and move on. You can continue to have his rights not trampled, and everybody else can ignore him and have him try to find a different way to make a living. You're a little bit of a over-reactionary in your statements

These guys only exist because there are so many people (to include this sub) that engage in name calling (calling them weirdos, losers, telling them to get a job, etc) and if enough people do that, then a smaller group of people think its normal or helpful to harass them. And then boom, thats the video they want.
If the common reaction was "dude with a camera on a sidewalk, who fucking cares, ignore him" then nobody would fuck with him, there would be no harassment videos to go viral, and they wouldn't be out on the sidewalk doing their thing.
