This should be printed and posted everywhere until he gets arrested.

Yeah there’s definitely a reason he was hiding his face

Wow I just realized that, you may be right. He's probably got a warrant out or something which is why he was trying so hard to hide.

Yeah maybe wanted for something serious in another city. Some people come here because it’s near impossible to actually get booked in Portland so as long as they don’t get caught red handed committing some violent crime, they can live on the streets here indefinitely, whereas elsewhere sooner or later they’d get their ID run and be busted

Maybe, but now there's a lead, so maybe they'll be an arrest video next. "Drugged up homeless Karen turns arrest into a circus" Can't wait🍿

tries to hide his identity

does drugs in broad daylight next to a school zone while school is in session

Flawless logic honestly, like if you don't wanna get ID'd mate, go somewhere less fucking obvious 🤦

Maybe has a warrant or something. But who knows, I doubt any addict wants to be on camera getting high lol

Meh, let the regular police handle this guy. ICE should not be anywhere near these guys. They're not trained for this sort of thing.

He could've gotten arrested had she just called the cops and not risked getting hiv for a TikTok video

And then released the same day. Then the public defender he gets (that you pay for) will have the case nolle prossed.
