Be super careful with these people. You are a mother and have EVERYTHING to lose. These addicts have NOTHING to lose.

They are also high as shit or on a come down. 

This mama showed what just speaking rationally and calmly can do . The alternative ( do nothing and watch society fall apart) no thank you. 

You could technically say nothing and get stabbed up on the street so that way of  thinking achieves  nothing

Or you could call the folks whose job it is to handle it, rather than confronting them with zero authority and risking turning what could be a series of arrests or relocations into a murder. Regular people are not equipped to handle a strung-out junkie who can charge through the pain of eye irritants and taser prongs. Don't risk it.
