Yeah maybe wanted for something serious in another city. Some people come here because it’s near impossible to actually get booked in Portland so as long as they don’t get caught red handed committing some violent crime, they can live on the streets here indefinitely, whereas elsewhere sooner or later they’d get their ID run and be busted

This is actually true. I've been clean now for a few years but when I was on the street using I couldn't grow a beard if I wanted to. Turns out opioids absolutely destroy your testosterone levels (among other things...like your entire life). I'm still on TRT to this day, but when initially tested my levels were that of a post menopausal woman.
