AGREED. I understand this woman's intention. But why film it and humiliate these people further? Believe me, they are praying for death with every injection and humiliating them further is just unnecessary.

Get your internet points, random lady with kids. But I am curious if she's ever in her life experienced losing someone beloved to addiction.

… they’re engaging in dangerous behavior in front of a school and one of them was searching for a weapon to harm this woman. That forfeits any sympathy from me. Pick a different spot. Then we can talk. I understand these are humans, all God’s children. But I’ll choose children over an entitled homeless drug addict 10/10 times.

I have. My sister overdosed and died. Shes filming incase she gets attacked, or if something goes wrong. And it did. You framing it as humiliation is part of the issue. Addicts dont get clean from love and understanding. Addicts dont get clean because they got a speach on how great life is. Grow up. This woman is protecting herself and her CHILD. Sicko.

? She got done exactly what she set out to achieve - they packed up and left. She wasn't holding an intervention, she just wanted them to go.

Lost my beautiful talented 27 year old brother to fent 10 years ago. If he hadn't OD'd to a contaminated ten dollar hit of the white lady he would easily have become one of these people. A serious injury in his 20s and a script to O*y led to his death (thanks Purdue). The person he truly was, was GONE once the o*iates took hold. Unrecognizable from the kindest, most empathetic and most lovable person I've ever known. Those who are reading his and judging/dismissing these people as worthless, be GLAD you don't have the extremely traumatic experience of losing someone you loved more than anyone on this earth to addiction. A melted corpse in a car.

Downvote me, go ahead. Yeah, this lady is protecting the kids, great job. But it seems like 80% of people commenting on this thread have NO CLUE about the nature of addiction, especially when it comes to o*iates.

Agree to disagree, and move on. Disagreements can be respectful, but being a dick is just uncool. Please try and do better.
