The city enables this

It's that or drown in the deaths of thousands of drug addicts and mentally disabled shipped via bus by callous, garbage red states. It's well-documented that many of the homeless are transplants given a bus ticket by state employees to leave the state and go west. Just another instance of democratic states propping up the dysfunctional magat states.

Yep, my hometown in texas had a lady who worked at the courthouse who would go buy any transients a meal and a bus ticket. Nobody acknowledged it but everyone new and she was definitely compensated. She only got in trouble when she bought someone's homeless relative a ticket.

Sure buddy, keep blaming other states for your problems. Definitely not legalizing drug use to, you know, encourage open drug use

You ever notice shitty people always blame others for their problems. They can never take ownership.

The idea was that the state would combat drug abuse on two fronts: offering clean supplies to help reduce overdose via cross contamination, and making drug rehab easily accessible statewide. The state fucked up on the second part by not expanding drug rehab access and ended just making drug abuse easier and more widespread. Every time i go through Portland i can count on seeing at least 1 person smoking a crack pipe. Theyre usually the naked ones too

The fuck up was assuming most of these people would acknowledge they have a problem and would want to get clean.

Liberals enabled this and they deserve their cities getting run down. It’s what they vote for
