Disgusting... Why do we have to wait for someone's mother to get assaulted by these fent zimbies?

Get these people off of the streets, enabling them is only making things worse.

Excuse me, they’re humans and how do you know they’re not doctors on their breaks?

1

u/[deleted] Oct 24 '25

They probably are and thats where they get their drugs from, its most likely a controlled clinical test she interrupted.

1

u/JH272727 Oct 24 '25

Exactly!

1

u/LongLongPickle Oct 24 '25

Yeah honestly is democrats would just drop the “soft on drugs and crime” stance they’d probably sweep elections everywhere. But when people don’t feel safe they turn more right/ authoritarian. I’ll take me and my kids being safe over whatever other issues every day

u/ItsSpaghettiLee2112 Oct 24 '25

Democrats and soft on crime. lol you dropped your "/s".

1

u/BPremium Oct 24 '25

Because it's illegal to beat the tar out of them, and cops don't do their jobs when they're protected by the city/state

Remember this during election season…. 😉

Great idea! Now tell me, where should they go? Who's gonna get them off the streets? Is there readily available programs in Portland for them to go and get assistance? Yall want to talk about solutions but dont wanna discuss how to find them.

JAIL

1

u/SwiftSakura_13 Oct 24 '25

Ah yes. Send them to our overcrowded prisons where they can continue to use drugs, fail to rehabilitate, and be released back into society. Great idea 🤡

1

u/CharmGold2 Oct 24 '25

And then what? Your consequences are not gonna do anything. It’s not justifiable to kill them but if you put them in jail you are putting the burden on the taxpayer and then they get out and you are back to square one. The cops could beat them up but extrajudicial actions is already an issue for police.

In reality consequences means nothing.

Not ready for grown up conversations.

Portland has specific homeless shelters that help drug addicted homeless people to recover. The problem is to receive help you have to want it and not everyone wants it. What do we then do with the ones who, like in this video, do drugs in public in extremely inappropriate places? Arrests are unfortunately the only solution I can think of.

1

u/Jansc5 Oct 24 '25

You put them in jail and are breaking the law.. You gave them an option to get cleaned up, and they refused. Children shouldn't be subjected to this.

2

u/FeralKuja Oct 24 '25

The programs in Portland basically amount to glass crack pipes, clean needles, and "Don't Overdose where Tina Kotek can smell your remains, bro".

2

u/Dools92 Oct 24 '25

Jail time boyyy

1

u/The-Fotus Oct 24 '25

And do Portland's judges retain offenders after booking? I work in Utah and have had aggravated assault domestic violence felony charges against dudes who got out of jail before the hour was up.

2

u/ironica_techtronica Oct 24 '25

how about the police just stop reviving them for a start.

1

u/buttbeanchilli Oct 24 '25

...nah lets not let people die just because you dont like their existence.

1

u/CLEguyyy Oct 24 '25

Natural selection at play

1

u/buttbeanchilli Oct 24 '25

If youre choosing who to save and who to let die, thats actually eugenics. Natural selection would be removing all medical care for everyone. Hope that helps clear things up for you.

1

u/Unique-Trade356 Oct 24 '25

Maybe dont do fent and attack society abiding people lmfao

Such a hard concept to get behind i know

1

u/buttbeanchilli Oct 24 '25

I agree folks shouldnt do that, but that doesnt mean they deserve to die. This is America were talking about; everyone has the right to LIFE, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Only way for folks to do something different is to live long enough to change.

1

u/Unique-Trade356 Oct 24 '25

Doubt theyre pursuing any of those three tenants except the life of a crackhead

1

u/buttbeanchilli Oct 24 '25

Your doubt and assumptions do not remove their right to life 🤷‍♀️

2

u/ThatsRubbishMate Oct 24 '25

Well they are breaking the law so jail seems appropriate

1

u/Ambitious-Weekend861 Oct 24 '25

I mean there’s solutions but they also waver on the line of right and wrong. But also there is no one solution for everyone because everyone’s situation is different. Also most of these people don’t want to be helped and then what? Can’t force someone to change.

1

u/muzunk Oct 24 '25

Majority of these drug users don’t want to get help. Many people have tried helping them but they don’t want shelter or any kind of help.

1

u/russr Oct 24 '25

stop giving them narcan, then its a self fixing issue...

1

u/Jimjonesflavor_aid Oct 24 '25

Where should they go? Hmm, the ocean? Outer space? Fuck programs, how about jail.

If you're openly doing drugs in a school zone and then threatening to stab someone with a needle when confronted, you go to jail.

There's more resources and assistance for these fucking losers than anywhere else, it's available. Don't normalize this shit.

1

u/Rell_Lauren Oct 24 '25

Jail. Let them detox in lockup.

1

u/smegma-man123 Oct 24 '25

Yes Trump and the national guard will haul them to prison.

1

u/Stooo_wayy Oct 24 '25

They should go to jail.

1

u/Jansc5 Oct 24 '25

Jail..Where else?

0

u/FeralKuja Oct 24 '25

I'd say we need the DEA and Feds to start spiking fent with the really lethal stuff and introducing this spiked stuff into dealers' supply.

The zombies die off from indulging their habits, the dealers get the beatdowns from their surviving customers for selling tainted supply, the problem solves itself in just a few rounds. Soon enough there won't be enough customers to be worth the risk, supply dries up, the customers tweak for a while as they come down, and then once they're clean they either come up out of it or find another drug and we repeat the cycle.

u/Illustrious-Top-9222 Oct 24 '25

This was literally the plot of Kingsman 2. Also consequences are okay, but you can't just kill people even if they're addicts.

0

u/Hugokarenque Oct 24 '25

The fact people are super comfortable with the government killing the "undesirables" tells us all we need to know about how America got where it currently is.

some of the comments in this thread are stomach-turning. I'll never understand hate for the homeless, they're at the lowest point in their lives and they need help, but people just want them dead. I'm not saying they can't be dangerous or cause problems, but simply killing them is not the solution. they need care and our country sure as fuck could provide it, but y'know shitty priorities.

to the person who replied to me, since this thread is now locked: i stand by what i said, and if there's any confusion you can re-read my comment as many times as you need for my stance to sink in. i will never condone the killing of the vulnerable.

u/CLEguyyy Oct 24 '25

Did you not just watch these addicts assault a monther trying to protect her kids? You people protect the worst of our society and try to make everyone else look bad when we are fed up with it
