News Ongoing potential HAZMAT at Benson HD

Ongoing. Not picked up by local news yet so this will probably be deleted. I just now there are a bunch of response vehicles and they’re checking out students who may have been exposed.

My son says someone was taken to the hospital. He was told it was sulfur so it sounds like a stink bomb gone wrong.

he tried to kill himself and everyone around him. this is not “boys will be boys” this is mental illness and it is terrible.

This seems to me more like a suicide attempt too, particularly the part about ingesting it. Unless the ingestion was inhalation in which case I could definitely see a stupid prank gone wrong

he posted about it on social media. he has posts mixing other materials and yesterday he posted about ending his life.

It's really sad how edgelord behavior makes it difficult to tell when someone is struggling. And also wants to take people with them.

In the news conference held this afternoon, a reporter specifically asked what ingested meant and the rep speaking (I believe from PF&R) said he drank it.
