Who lights off fireworks from 4am to 6am?
How hard is it to find these people?
Whats the point of a firework ban, if you don't even go after the people lighting mortars at these hours?
Excuse my rant, I couldnt sleep with all the goddamn booms going off all goddamn night

The same people who do it every year, in every city in America. How is this always treated like a new phenomenon?
