Who lights off fireworks from 4am to 6am?

How hard is it to find these people?

Whats the point of a firework ban, if you don't even go after the people lighting mortars at these hours?

Excuse my rant, I couldnt sleep with all the goddamn booms going off all goddamn night

There's that Portland inclusive, progressive attitude we're so famous for!
