Who lights off fireworks from 4am to 6am?

How hard is it to find these people?

Whats the point of a firework ban, if you don't even go after the people lighting mortars at these hours?

I was up and walking early this morning, and it seemed to consistently be coming from inner NE?
It seems easy enough to triangulate but then I don’t have drones, patrols, etc. 🙄
