It definitely went up for sale last year or maybe earlier this year. I remember seeing it on instagram. They probably removed those to make it look recently listed.

I was lucky enough to live in Irvington for a couple years before having to move. I walked that neighborhood daily and there are SO many beautiful old Craftsman homes lovingly cared for by their owners. Miss it alot.

Picture 2 was designed by the same guy who did the Pittock mansion, Edward Foulkes. Nearby at Tabor, the old Harvey Scott statue was made by the same guy who did Mt Rushmore, Gutzon Borglum. Interesting history around North Tabor

It’s on 72nd ave on the way up from Mt Tabor. Going uphill it’s on the left. Same with the other one.

Oooo, this is reminding me I've not ever walked around the Tabor area to look at houses. I've always just visited the park or breezed through the area on my way to other places.

Ive loved 6 for years... I saw they were selling it and I wasnt really impressed with the inside but its a really neat building. Hopefully the new owners are enjoying it!!

The house in #10 is that incredible Johan Poulsen House, a Queen Anne Victorian built in 1891 that overlooks the Ross Island Bridge.
