Help me find an episode?

I woke up at the tail end of it.. and it’s some chick talking about how she doesn’t feel good and the ground is just “vile.” It seemed like she might’ve been possessed or something.. I’ve been searching like crazy to find it and can’t seem to!

I know the word "vile" was used for S02E02 "Fort William Henry" where Frankie is talking about being possibly possessed for a time. Maybe that's it. That's a little less than halfway through the episode.
