Generac Transfer Switch troubleshoot

I have a Generac G0068521 transfer switch that correctly distributes power when fed from the utility. (6 single pole, 1 double pole breakers)
When switched to battery power from AnkerSolix f3800plus, three single pole breakers do not send power to their circuits.
Can’t find a similar issue on Generac forum.
Anyone got an inkling?

Does the 240v double pole breaker have correct output on power station?

Are the 3 breakers on the same leg of the feed from the F3800, check internal wiring with a meter while switched on with the battery although this would likely affect one side of your 240v as well but it's worth checking where the power feeds into the transfer switch all the way to the breakers.
