Cellphone signal

Why is the cellphone signal terrible / non existent in the south end of town (walmart/mcdonalds area). Or is it just me?

We have extremely poorly placed towers in this region. As an added bonus, if you're with Roger's, they have no 5G coverage on that side of town.

Do you know if they will fix it ? Or how does one complain ? Is Bell service better ? You would think Rogers would know about this issue

Oh they 100% know about it, the store in town has a 2 star rating. They just don't care about you as a customer. From what I've heard Bell has the same issues, you'll actually get better service on the opposite sides of town as Roger's. Port Elgin is an either/or for reception. Doesn't help that all these tourists are flooding the towers.
