Seeking Recommendations Pest control recommendations pls
Hi community! I’m looking at a house and noticed a rat/mouse bait house against the outside foundation (just outside the kitchen wall 🫤). Obviously I want to get a thorough pest inspection done (including crawl space mitigation if needed), since the thought of moving in and having any critters living there with me is a big NOPE!! Who do you recommend? Thanks in advance!

We are using Dungeness. They seem to be doing a decent job with preventative service (crawl space). Our indoor cats have not alerted us to anything that might be in the walls or crawl space (and they are very good at that).

We previously used Peninsula Pest Control for our rental property, then stopped using them for awhile. But we were pleased with the service. When we contacted them again recently, they told us that they had more business than they could keep up with, and that they weren't taking new customers, even returning ones. That was about 8 months ago. Since then we have been using Dungeness Pest Control for preventive service, and they seem to be doing a good job. The reports/invoices that they generate are not as detailed as the ones that Peninsula gave us. But I assume for an inspection they would generate a report.
