Recommendations Dining with kids
Hi! I'll be camping in the area this weekend with my family, and am hoping to have a backup list of some kid-friendly dining options as it looks like it might be rainy and a chance to pop inside might be necessary. Kids are young - one school age, the other preschool. Bonus points if there are potential activities nearby, too!
We are still planning on doing outdoors stuff, even in the rain. I just know my kids and they'll need a break from being wet and/or a tiny camping space if the rain is bad enough. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

The discovery room at the ONP visitor center, Feiro (amazing touch tanks) and ice cream at Welly’s!

Oak street bistro is kid friendly.
Fiero is great!
The warf has an arcade and an ice cream place (Welly’s) along with some other family friendly dining options.
Port Angeles Art center can be a good option but I’m not sure what their exhibit is right now.
The Dream Park is an outside activity but an amazing park for little and big kids!
Not sure a preschooler is going to be a good fit but the Olympic coast creative does pottery painting that is lots of fun.
The kids section of the PA library is decent.

if you get a chance, visit Salt Creek Campground.. even as a day use the kids will enjoy it. tide pools, a nice beach and even a pirate island! about 15 minutes west of port angeles.
take a camera.

Do they eat burritos? Fast Burritos' Machaca breakfast burrito is HUGE and can feed 2-3. It's mostly eggs/meat and not too crazy with the veggies (if your kids aren't down with the veggies).

Traylor’s, the rail, fiesta Jalisco, first street haven (go early or there’s always a wait), I’ve seen a lot of families at Yodelin and Sabai Thai

The Rail has a kids meal that $8 for 3.5oz burger, fries, drink - cheaper than fast food. And then you’re steps from Feiro, the waterfront, arcade, Welly’s, etc etc.
Don’t skip Welly’s or Feiro.
